Concòrdia breaks into the Main Council with 5 seats and takes second place

List of acting presidents of Andorra and candidates for re-election, Xavier Espot (DA together with CC, ACO and UP) has won Sunday’s general election with an absolute majority, with 32.66% (6,262) and 16 seats in the General Council (parliament). After the Democrates d’Andorra was installed Concòrdia, which breaks into Consell with five seats and 4,109 votes (21.43%), reported Espot at a press conference together with Finance Minister and Acting Spokesperson Cesar Marquina.

Behind them are Partit Socialdemòcrata Progressistes (SDP+) with 4,036 votes (21.05%) and three seats; Andorra Endavant with 3,067 (16%) and three places; Liberals d’Andorra with 893 (4.66%) and three seats; He received 805 (4.20%) and one seat, while the liberals did not enter the Council, and 341 votes were invalid and 537 were empty.

20,057 Andorrans exercised their right to vote out of 29,958 invited to vote, which achieved participation of 66.95%. Of them, 9,010 cast their ballots in Batlija mediating the judges’ vote (30.07%), and there were 418 votes by mail, which were included in the judges’ vote.
