Pension moratorium law: who will be able to retire from now on

The government approved Social Security Debt Repayment Plan with 134 votes for and 107 against at the last and only extraordinary session. In this way, 740,000 people will be able to retire National Social Security Administration (ANSES).

Users aged retirement or before retirement will be able to access the payment of the pension entity without 30 years of required contributions.

The law received half of the sanctions in Senate in the middle of last year and was signed on the ballot Deputies.

The text empowers those who are close to adherence 60 years (women) i 65 years (men) to pay the pension debt of "Units for canceling contributions", which is equivalent to a one-month service.

ANSES moratorium on pensions: who can retire?
