The DC Comics movie adaptations are about to get a major reboot. Among other things, there will be a new Superman – in “Superman: Legacy”, with which the new DC Studios bosses James Gunn and Peter Safran will usher in the new era in cinema in 2025. James Gunn, whose highly anticipated MCU adventure Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3 hits theaters May 3, 2023, will pen the screenplay for the new Superman movie. Until now, it was considered possible that Gunn will also direct – and now DC Studios author Tom King has confirmed it in an interview.
