Recognized in “Sex Education”? This Game Of Thrones star is in season 4

After the HBO series ‘Game of Thrones’ ended, things got pretty quiet for actor Jack Gleeson. Although he made a lasting impression as royal apprentice Joffrey Baratheon and will likely be placed quite high in the series’ top 10 villains, the star has made himself rare. After ‘GoT’ ended in 2014, Gleeson decided to go to college, did occasional theater work and then reappeared in two episodes of the series ‘Out Of Her Mind’ in 2020. Gleeson will also appear in the film “In The Land of Saints And Sinners” – alongside Liam Neeson. However, the thriller does not yet have a start date.

He will soon play a larger role in the BBC/ZDF adaptation of the adventure series ‘Five Friends’ from director Nicolas Winding Refn (‘Drive’), for which he will take on the role of Wentworth. You can read more about the project here:

Villain Joffrey becomes Dodgy Mo, the stoner

In the new season of ‘Sex Education’, Maeve (Emma Macey) must meet her brother Sean (Edward Bluemel) as their mother is dying. Sean is not doing well and, in addition to the death of his mother, he still has some problems to deal with. He is helped (more or less) by his good friend Dodgy Mo, who not only gets him a place to sleep, but also drugs.

Yes, very important! In the sixth episode of “Sex Education,” Jack Gleeson makes his first appearance – and leaves a questionable but generally nice impression. As Dodgy Mo, he spends a lot of time smoking weed in front of the TV. But of course that also includes a round of video games with Maeve.

Gleeson (unfortunately) doesn’t play a major role in ‘Sex Education’. But what we see of him is certainly fun – just like the entire fourth season of the popular series. You can find our extensive review here:
