The star of “Intergirl” and “Burnt by the Sun” was born in Lithuania, but worked in Russia for many years. In recent years, Ingeborga lived at number 12 on Nikitsky Boulevard. The building was built in 1914 for the employees of the Moscow State Bank of Russia and is an architectural monument and an object of cultural heritage. It was here that many scenes of the movie “The meeting place cannot be changed” were filmed – Varya Sinichkina, Volodya Sharapov’s girlfriend, lived in this house. And now there are apartments of Lyubova Kazarnovskaya, the daughter of musician Yuriy Bashmet Xenia and other famous people.

Ingeborga Dapkunaite moved into this house after divorcing her third husband Dmitry Yampolsky in 2017. “We saw Ingeborg exclusively with her son, her husband did not appear,” neighbors said. – She didn’t take her friends with her. At first she lived in a rented apartment. Then I bought my own house in the same house, but I didn’t move in right away, but I started making repairs in it. He did it for a long time. And when she finished, she soon left the country because she did not have time to live in her own apartment for a long time. She’s already sold it.”

Last summer, a certain Ruben Tigranovich Khudaverdyan filed a civil lawsuit in the Presnensky District Court, in which Ingeborga Dapkunaite is the defendant. The lawsuit was accepted for proceedings and the case was classified into category No. 184 (Contesting registered rights to real estate). Yesterday, September 7, the first meeting in the case took place – a conversation between the judge and the prosecutor and the defendant. Only the representative of the plaintiff, a lawyer, came to him. And Dapkunaite, through her representative, sent a written request to discuss the entire case without her personal presence.

“So we involve the immigration authorities as a third party,” the judge read the text of the lawsuit. “There is also a deregistration request. As a result, the meeting was postponed until early October.

“I guess the actress left in a hurry, in a hurry and sold the apartment. And I didn’t have time to go to MFC to re-register ownership and check out at the same time. And now the buyer, who has already paid for the property, is forced to settle the situation in court. This happens quite often. During the transaction, the housing seller promises to check out, but does not keep his promise,” lawyer Nina Romanovich explained to AiF.

Four years ago, a resounding tragedy happened in house number 12 on Nikitsky Boulevard. A fire broke out in the building during the night, killing seven people. As it turned out, the fire was in the apartment on the fifth floor, where Yuri Bashmet’s daughter lives. Xenia’s residence was completely burned down.

Ingeborga Dapkunaite left Moscow at the end of February last year and moved to Brussels with her mother, sister and four-year-old son. The actress announced her mistake.

The owner of the Nika award in 1995 for the best female role (the film “Moscow evenings”) regrets that she had to leave Russia, where many of her loved ones remained. He hopes that he will be able to return to our country when the situation normalizes.
