The account of Navalny’s widow, Yulia Navalnaya, was temporarily blocked on Platform X on Tuesday afternoon. It was relaunched shortly afterwards.
The account was only opened on Monday and already has more than 95,000 followers. The account linked to the video in which Navalnaya announced that she wanted to take up her husband’s legacy in the fight against Vladimir Putin’s Russia.
The reason given by X for the blocking was that Elon Musk’s company rules had been violated.
Alexei Navalny’s spokeswoman Kira Yarmysch retweeted an X-post from the Anti Corruption Foundation asking Musk to explain which X-shelf Navalny allegedly violated:
Hi @Elon Musk! Explain exactly what rules were broken @yulia_navalnaya. pic.twitter.com/kzqTi5nvvY

It had already been noted that the account had attracted attention
Эммм… вопрос к @Elon Musk e @X – почему к единственному посту @yulia_navalnaya вдруг применена “limited visibility”???

X users suspect that the account was blocked because it managed to generate so many followers in such a short time – an official statement from X is not yet available. (yam)
Update to follow.
