A week after the deadly terrorist attack in Brussels, two suspects were brought before an investigating judge in France. As the French anti-terrorist prosecutor’s office said on Monday evening, she was being investigated for membership of a criminal organization. They are suspected of having a connection with the killer, which is still under investigation. Two other suspects initially in custody in France have been released.
Two Swedish fans were killed in an attack on the sidelines of a European Football Championship qualifying match between Belgium and Sweden last Monday evening. The Islamist terrorist militia Islamic State (IS) has claimed responsibility for the crime. The attacker, a Tunisian named Abdessalem Lassoued, was then shot dead by police on Tuesday.
