Satellite images from the Israeli army allegedly prove that Hamas has built rocket launch pits next to civilian infrastructure.

There is no end in sight to the war between Israel and Hamas. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (74) made it clear last week: “We have gone to war, we will win the war, and we will not stop until we have victory.” More than 4,000 Palestinians have already been killed in the bloody attacks on the Gaza Strip. Many of them were civilians.

Israel says it is not deliberately targeting civilians. Yet so many of them die because Hamas uses Gazans as human shields. To do this, Hamas is believed to be hiding military facilities, tunnel entrances and rocket launchers in civilian infrastructure. On

Rocket launch sites next to kindergartens and schools

New IDF satellite images aim to prove this. On X, the military publishes images of suspected rocket launch pits. They are all located in close proximity to civil infrastructure. A rocket launcher is said to have been dug a few meters next to two schools. Another is located directly opposite a UN building.

Another photo allegedly shows a fire pit located only about 80 meters away from a mosque. The military also suspects a rocket launch pit right next to the outdoor area of a kindergarten.

One of the schools visible in the images is Manfaluti Boys’ Secondary School. Previous satellite images do not show a well next to the facility. This could indicate that Hamas built it recently.

Daniel Hagari, spokesman for the IDF, writes: “Since the beginning of the war, the terrorist organization Hamas has exploited civilians and civilian facilities such as kindergartens, schools and mosques to fire rockets into Israel.” It could not be independently verified that the images published by Israel were actually rocket launch sites.
