The US has imposed sanctions on Serbian pro-Russian intelligence chief Aleksandar Vulin (50). The Treasury Department said on Tuesday that Vulin will be held responsible for corrupt and destabilizing actions that also enabled Russia’s destabilizing activities in the Western Balkans.
