“Increasingly untrue”: Rammstein-Lindemann’s lawyers take action against accusations of the Ukrainian pop star, the banned concert in Zurich and the controversial flag

After a long and loud silence from Till Lindemann, his lawyers are now reaching out. The allegations that women were drugged and subjugated at Rammstein concerts are untrue.

Legal action will be taken against individuals immediately. The lawyers of Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann reported this on Thursday with this concise statement. At issue is the allegation that “women were drugged at Rammstein concerts using knockout drops or alcohol to enable our client to perform sexual acts on them,” the Berlin lawyers said.

These allegations are “without exception untrue”. Corresponding requests to speak have been circulating for several days, especially on social networks. But several media outlets have also done their own research on this issue. They are now also being targeted by the lawyers. In many cases, there was an “impermissible reporting of suspicions” and a “durable prejudice” against Till Lindemann.

No “row of zeros” in Munich and Bern

Till Lindemann and his band played the first concert of their tour in Germany on Wednesday evening in Munich. They refrained from making a statement about the allegations. The only visible consequence was that they had to miss the song “Pussy”, in which Lindemann sits on an oversized penis during the shows.

There is also no row zero at the concerts in Munich and Bern (17 and 18 June). Until now, selected women would have been in this. Some of them would have been invited to special backstage rooms, where sexual acts with Lindemann took place. The presumption of innocence applies to Till Lindemann. (mg/chmedia)
