Six suspected vaccine victims have filed a complaint against the Swiss drug authority Swissmedic and vaccinating doctors. The group ‘Corona-Display’ announced this at a media conference on Monday. They accuse the people who reported to Swissmedic of “serious and permanent violations of the fundamental drug law due diligence obligations associated with the approval of mRNA vaccines,” as stated in a statement.
“The misleading information of the population” in terms of benefits and risks weighs particularly heavily, argues “Corona-Display”. A procedure had already been started by the public prosecutor against the still unknown vaccinating doctors, the statement continues. The presumption of innocence applies to all involved. Confirmation for the submitted ad and wording was initially unavailable.
For example, heart muscle inflammation is seen as a serious side effect of corona vaccinations. According to several international studies, about 35 of the 1,000,000 people vaccinated with an mRNA substance are affected. In most cases, the inflammation also heals without consequences.
The abbreviation mRNA stands for messenger ribonucleic acid – in German messenger RNA. The human body naturally produces mRNA and needs it to produce vital proteins. During the corona vaccination, the artificially modified mRNA provides the body with information about the virus or about the production of proteins to fight it via an immune response.
The Moderna and Pfizer/Biontech vaccines are both based on mRNA technology. In contrast, the third Novavax vaccine approved in Switzerland is based on conventional vaccination technology and is a so-called dead vaccine or protein vaccine.
Swissmedic’s regulatory agency has counted about 6,000 serious side effects in Switzerland. The benefit-risk ratio of the vaccines used has always shown the same ratio since the start of vaccination, Swissmedic spokesman Alex Josty told CH Media a week ago. (chm) (aargauerzeitung.ch)
