You’ve been driving with a subscription for three years. How did you learn about Carvolution?
Three years ago I realized that my old car needed to be replaced. I was wondering what to do next. When I saw a Carvolution ad, I thought it might suit me.
From where?
I like the phrase “all inclusive”. At the same time, I asked myself if everything was really there.
how did you check this
After extensive internet research, I searched for Carvolution. I still remember my conversation with Sales Manager Joshua. He really cared about my needs. I was able to fulfill all my wishes. I also prefer color because it’s important to me. Maybe it’s a women’s issue, who knows (laughs). I was definitely impressed with the overall conversation as it was very different from my previous experiences.
What did you experience?
Like most women, I don’t think it’s funny to be treated like a “woman” in a garage. So if the bill is twice as high, it’s annoying and you feel wronged. My pretty bad experiences are the main reason I’m so enthusiastic about Carvolution and the all-inclusive package. For me, this means that I no longer have to put myself in such unpleasant situations and worry about high and sometimes almost arbitrary bills.
What happened after the consultation?
I got an offer shortly after the interview. I should choose Carvolution, including details on next steps. After checking my creditworthiness, I was able to sign the contract directly online. Yes, because initially I wasn’t sure whether buying or renting a new car would be a better solution than a car subscription. So I came to the conclusion that the car subscription is valuable to me. Also, because I can spare the appropriate budget for it. I don’t have any problems, I don’t have to deal with paperwork. I don’t need to worry about anything.
So price was a big issue?
Yes, price is always an issue. Aside from the fact that a Carvolution car was cheaper than when I bought a new car, I would have suffered a lot from a new car in the first two years. My father told me that a car is like a piggy bank, that when you buy a car, you have to put money aside because something can always happen. But with the car subscription, I have a net monthly price, I know exactly what I’m getting in return, and it’s 150 percent correct for me.
So are you satisfied with what you get for your money?
Yes, in addition to the car, I get an all-round carefree package. Because I don’t have to worry about anything. And even though I don’t give my car a name, it’s just a meta for me and it needs to be reliable and working. That’s exactly what I get in Carvolution, with the car I can really do whatever I need in my life.
Would you buy a car again?
No, I will definitely not buy a car again. I believe the car subscription will be of interest to many drivers. As a working woman who is always on the go, for me there is nothing better and the value for money is great.

Apart from giving advice and delivering the car, did you have any other business to do with Carvolution?
Yes, when another car caused me to park, I had no idea how that would happen. Carvolution directed me to one of their shared garages where I live. As I promised, I didn’t have to worry about anything. Garage cleared everything directly with Carvolution, including the invoice, and I even bought a replacement car.
Are tire changes that simple?
Yes, here too I can make an appointment with a Carvolution tire partner within a one kilometer radius and change tyres.
Do you use the app to communicate with Carvolution?
I’m looking at mileage from the app. But other than that, I tend to use the chat on the website when I have questions. This is super fast.
How does communication with Carvolution work?
What I really appreciate about Carvolution is this uncomplicated handling. You are about the first name, you can call whenever you want, everything is explained to you. I also work in digital and love that everything can be done online. However, I find it very nice to be here at the company headquarters in Bannwil for a vehicle exchange and to meet the people behind Carvolution in person.
Why did you change the car?
At first I had chosen the Ford Fiesta for only 12 months, but then I was able to extend it for another year. Now my needs have changed a bit. Since my husband and I often go on vacation with our parents, we need a little more space. Since the Ford Puma fits perfectly. Note: Ford Puma is currently available from CHF 547 per month. With 36 months maturity and 850 kilometers per month.
How did the change go?
As I always plan early, I wanted to find out in January if a change in July was possible. During our video call with Sales Manager Catrina, we looked at which model should follow the Fiesta. So we quickly found the Ford Puma. Shortly after, Catrina got in touch and said Carvolution has a special offer for the car. So I was able to switch at the beginning of March.
Do you adjust the mileage package in any case?
When I renewed my subscription with the Ford Fiesta, I had accumulated months of unused miles. Carvolution advised me to switch to the smallest mileage package in the last months of the subscription so that I don’t pay more than I really need, so everything will be fine before I return it. Now in the last few months I have driven more mileage, paid less and as a result everything is going well.
Is there anything you miss in Carvolution?
Once we were interested in a convertible. Unfortunately, Carvolution only had the Fiat 500, which was too small for us.
What would you like from Carvolution?
In any case, the concept of car subscription should become more well-known because there are still people in our circle of friends who do not know or fully understand Carvolution. The potential there is really huge.
