The second episode of “7 vs. Wild: Panama” went online on YouTube with some delay on Wednesday evening. In it, seven candidates try to stay in touch with the outside world for seven days on a tropical island and at the same time take on challenges.
The biggest debate on the part of the community is how long German Twitch star Knossi will last. He is the only one who has no previous outdoor experience.
Now the contestant was babbling on exactly this topic in one of his streams, apparently indirectly revealing how many days he was there.
Why are the fans excited?
For the second time, fans were concerned about Knossi. After his arduous arrival on the island, the end of episode 2 shows how the streamer rammed a stick into his bare foot after a few hours in place.
He doesn’t know if part of the stick is still in his foot. The recordings showed blood at the time, but the wound was grainy. In addition, the disclaimer that foreign bodies in the bloodstream can lead to blood poisoning:

These scenes caused excitement among fans of the show. Some felt that this reinforced their suspicion that Knossi would not be long on the island.
Knossi also indicated this, possibly by mistake, in a Twitch stream. There, he and his girlfriend Lia answered some questions about the show, including how often to change the SD cards of the GoPro cameras, which the candidates wear on their bodies and accompany the days on film.
According to Knossi, it was necessary every day – shortly after, he slipped out that it had only been twice for him after all. His girlfriend then grabbed his head, after all, the streamer revealed how long he was on the island: a maximum of two days.
However, many of his fans suspected a deliberate deception to maintain the suspense. As an indication that Knossalla is still holding out, they mentioned the rain, which can be seen in his intro shots, for example. The sun was still partially shining when he arrived. For example, a user on Twitter assumed that at least he wouldn’t get off at the start of episode three.
Was there a preview in the videos where Knossi was standing in the rain. So right at the beginning of the next episode he won’t go out because of the wound

Fight for survival after helicopter jump
In the first two episodes, Jens Knossalla, as Knossi’s real name is, showed how hard island life is for him. The streamer was particularly affected by the arrival, as he nearly drowned after jumping from the helicopter into the sea. He later reported agony, insisting that he almost didn’t make it:
Knocked out by this fight, he later stated that he was “too powerless” to get anything out of his pouch. Commenting on these scenes, Knossi again revealed that life in the water had passed him by and that he had “completed goodbye”. The memory of his arrival on the island is gone.
“7 vs. Wild” team apologizes to Knossi
While many fans saw Knossi’s extreme reaction as a sign of weakness, the “7 vs. Wild” team publicly apologized moments later to the streamer. A “big mistake” has happened and a lot has gone wrong on the day of the suspension, according to a reaction video from the co-organizers.
So it was not the intention to let Knossi jump first. Added to this was the far too great distance to the beach in combination with the rising tide. In retrospect, the show’s organizing team was “50,000 dead”.
The team also stressed that ten meters would be enough to break – But Knossi had to cover a distance of about 200 meters.
And now you!
