Erica Herman was in a relationship with Woods from 2017 to fall 2022. Since the divorce, she has complained about the very rich American. In March, Herman sued him for $30 million in damages for allegedly evicting her from his Florida home.
Now a lawsuit for sexual harassment follows, reports “USA Today”. The allegations: When the two met in 2017, Woods allegedly forced Herman into a non-disclosure agreement. Otherwise, she would lose her job at The Woods restaurant in Florida.
“If a boss makes a job dependent on a sexual relationship, that is sexual harassment,” writes Herman’s lawyer. Woods, who has been injured since the Masters in early April, has not yet responded to the allegations. (cmu)
