He looks like an elementary school student, but he is the strongest professional cyclist in the world: Tadej Pogacar. A year and a half later they became a couple and moved to Monaco – today they are engaged. Hirschi: “She is often present at our high altitude training camps in the pre-season. I think it makes Tadej’s life easier.” True to the motto: if your private life is right, your work is also easier.
Twitter duel with humor
Back to Pogacar’s debauchery. When ex-pro Dan Martin (36, Irl) called him “still a little kid” on Twitter before the last Tour de France, he replied: “You couldn’t follow that kid three years ago.” Martin then wrote that it was after 10pm and that Pogacar should be in bed by now. His counter: “I’ll sleep when I’m your age.” The two provided a lot of laughs – mainly because they made fun of each other.
