Former Union Berlin professional Felix Kroos expects coach Urs Fischer to resign if his old club continues to decline. “I know he is not tied to his chair,” Kroos told the SID at a charity gala for the Right to Play initiative in Munich: “If he feels like he can’t do it anymore, he will be the first. which also frees up space there.”
Kroos thinks that the Champions League participant, who has fallen to last place, will turn things around: “That will happen.” And this will have a lasting positive effect: “This will be the next milestone in the development of Union Berlin.”
