The Swiss delegation celebrates the first two medals at the U23 European Championships in Espoo, Finland. The 400 m runner Lionel Spitz won silver with a personal best time of 45.27 seconds, Melissa Gutschmidt sprinted over the 100 m in 11.33 to take bronze.
