The affair surrounding intrigues at the Federal Criminal Court is entering a new round.

The affair concerns a 2020 criminal complaint by Andrea Blum, judge in the Appeals Chamber of the Federal Criminal Court, against the then members of the Administrative Commission of the Federal Court. Blum accuses them of slander, slander, false accusations, coercion and abuse of office.

The three indicated in an investigation report that they had violated official secrecy. The investigation focused on allegations of nepotism, excessive spending, bullying and sexism at the Federal Criminal Court.

Blum has been Vice-Chairman of the Appeals Chamber and member of the Administrative Commission of the Federal Criminal Court since the beginning of 2022. The decision is not final and may be submitted to the Federal Court. (SDA)
