At the Littenheid psychiatric hospital in the canton of Thurgau, an expert report found evidence of conspiracy stories in more than half of the 422 medical records examined. According to the canton of Thurgau, 43 cases are serious cases.

Investigations have not yet been completed

The clinic in Littenheid wrote in a statement on Friday that a new therapy concept will allow patients with a dissociative identity disorder to be admitted to the two trauma therapy departments from January 2024.
