UBS announced Tuesday morning that the two banks Credit Suisse (CS) and UBS will continue to operate independently for the foreseeable future. At the same time, CEO Sergio Ermotti (62) announced several staffing decisions. The management team of the new Super-UBS is in place.
The consolidated group, Credit Suisse AG, will consist of five business divisions, seven corporate functions and four regions.
