Prior to joining CC Trust and Chain IQ, Peppi Schnieper was a director and partner at Bain & Company.

New era at CC Trust Group: Peppi Schnieper will become the CEO of the Swiss company owned by Baar ZG as of April. He will replace Lucia Waldner, who will take on a position outside the company after five years as CEO, CC Trust Group announced in a statement Monday afternoon.

In his role, Schnieper will direct the future development of CC Trust Group AG. Schnieper will manage Claudio Cisullo’s family fortune, estimated by “Balance” to be between 250 and 300 million francs. According to the announcement, the new CEO will also be involved in strategic investments, as in his current role as Group Chief Value Officer of Chain IQ Group AG, which he has held since May 2023.

“Peppi is ideal for the CEO position”

«It is an honor to lead CC Trust Group AG and build on its strong foundations. “I look forward to implementing positive changes with the team, further developing the company and achieving further growth,” Schnieper said in the press release.

«I believe that Peppi is ideally suited to the position of CEO. Claudio Cisullo, founder and executive chairman of CC Trust Group, says that with his forward-looking approach and solid background in asset management, he is ideally positioned to lead the company to further success. He also thanks the departing Waldner. “He played a central role in the further development of the company’s portfolio of activities, guided the group’s strategy and maintained business relationships.” Concurrent with Schnieper’s appointment, the group appointed Carmen Jacob as Head of Family Office Operations.

CC Trust Group AG’s group portfolio includes 16 companies and investments in the biotechnology, services, entertainment, healthcare, real estate and technology sectors. (nim)
