The fatal incident occurred at an agricultural product distribution center, Yonha news agency reported on Wednesday. The nearly 40-year-old employee of a robotics company had just checked the robot’s sensors when it grabbed him and pushed his upper body against the conveyor belt, crushing his chest and face.
