The “Best Employers – Switzerland 2023” research evaluated 805 Swiss companies.
The main question of the study? “As an employer of company X or company Y, how do you evaluate image and attractiveness?” Companies with above-average valuations receive the “high attractiveness” award. Companies that perform above average in this group are also deemed worthy of the “very high attractiveness” award. From the survey respondents’ point of view, the most attractive employer is Victorinox, followed by Ricola and doubt. You and 7 other companies are listed as the top-rated of all employers reviewed in the photo series.
