The franchise with the scariest horror scene of all time is already getting its 6th (!) movie – with plenty of Marvel power

As has now been announced, the sixth entry in the “Insidious” franchise will be titled “Thread: An Insidious Tale”. It won’t be a sequel to the main series about Renai (Rose Byrne) and Josh Lambert (Patrick Wilson), but rather a spinoff. It was created by Jeremy Slater, who was most recently responsible for the Marvel series “Moon Knight”. He will also direct his own script.
