“Maude v Maude” should be like a “Bond Vs. Bourne” – and these stars slip into the lead roles!

If you like classic action cinema, the movies “James Bond” and the series “Jason Bourne” are the best choice. But what if the two agents meet? Probably a rather unlikely crossover. And yet there could be such a movie in the future – albeit in a very different way than most people imagine…

In recent days, a real bidding war has broken out between the major Hollywood studios over the film “Maude against Maude”, described by industry insiders as “Bond vs. Bourne”.

Noisy Warner has now secured the action hit. With Angelina Jolie and Halle Berry, two superstars slip into the leading roles. Roseanne Liang (“Shadow In The Cloud”) will direct the film and Scott Mosier (“Clerks II”) will pen the screenplay.

What exactly happens in “Maude v Maude” in terms of content is not yet known. However, the comparison with Bond and Bourne makes it clear that it will be about two agents who have an important mission to fulfill and clearly clashed. Through At least we’ve heard it’s going to be a “global” action movie – so Jolie and Berry will likely be touring multiple countries.

How good that Angelina Jolie and Halle Berry are already well versed in the world of espionage and agents. After all, Jolie played a CIA agent in Salt (2010) and Berry teamed up with Bond himself in Die Another Day (2002). So prepare well for “Maude v Maude”.

It is not yet known when Warner Bros will bring “Maude v Maude” to the cinemas. There is also no information about the start of the recordings.
