Raphy Pina will have to serve his sentence

The Puerto Rican businessman and music producer will not be released from prison until he serves a 41-month sentence. This is the date it will be released.

Lawyers

Faced with such a decision, Pina’s lawyers argued for a reduction of the sentence due to the exclusion of the mentioned charge.

They pointed out that the authorities measured the degree of criminality at the hearing for the imposition of sanctions when they “grouped accusations one and two, and based on the grouped accusations determined the level of total criminality”.

After the second charge was dismissed, they added, “the new tentative sentencing range will depend on the court’s assessment of the only remaining charge in light of all the factors presented by state and defense attorneys.”

According to him Federal Bureau of Prisons, Raphy will leave the penitentiary permanently on January 21, 2025.
