National Library: Agenda of events

Cultural activities do not stop and the Ernesto J. Castillero R. National Library has a very busy schedule for the next few days.

exhibitions, presentations book, workshop and cinema, will be some of the options on this cultural plan.

– March 19

The Japanese embassy offers all-day activities such as ikebana, bonsai and amigurumi exhibitions.

There will also be tables with information about martial arts, scholarships, manga, learning Japanese language. Cinema, conferences, costumes, cosplay parade, tea ceremony, among other Japanese events, will be at this festival. It will be from 10:00 to 16:00.

– March 23

Writer Zary Alleyne will present her book “Dragonfly Constellation”, a work that conveys humanism and faith in society. At 19:00, in the Multipurpose room.

– March 25

– Journalist Víctor Mojica will dictate the workshop How to write a journalistic book in an emergency. Help with registration. It will be from 10:00 to 15:00.

– The National Library presents the American film “The Law of Silence” directed by Elia Kazan from 1954. It will be at 2 pm, in the Multipurpose room.

In addition, until the end of the month, a documentary, physical and virtual exhibition “Women and the competition of Ricardo Miró.

It is a selection made up of works that have won the highest Panamanian literary award.
