The ‘minister’ received offers for jobs in politics

Can you imagine a “minister” in the position of popular choice? Amilcar Montezuma, the interpreter of the character, explained that he had no plans to engage in politics, but offers were pouring in on him.

Because of the exposure and popularity that the character achieved, some politicians probably tried to use it and attract the electorate.

Montezuma was interviewed on the morning show “Jelou!” and they asked him if he had any political proposed to be his “alternative” or “Vice President” and he replied “ughf”, alluding to the fact that he had received several offers.

Interpreter of “Minister” he did not go into details about the number offer which he received and from whom they came, but he clarified that he does not want his character to be involved in politics.

“My feet are on the ground, and politics is not, politics and ‘La Minister’ are not,” he said.

“Minister” is a character who was born on social networks in 2021, in the middle of pandemicand over time he evolved and caused anger for his own videos full of humor, where he touches on various topics, from everyday Panamanian opposition to topics events of Creole politics.

Montezuma explained that he plans his videos rather than just making them, investigation and filter informationespecially considering what people want to hear.

“Because I can’t say A and the information is B, it’s a lie, no, I speak the truth, but in the most subtle way possible“, he asserted.

He owes it all to his mother

In the middle of the interview Amilcar Montezuma acted in an emotional moment and in between tears He emphasized how grateful he is to his mother, a hard-working, fighting woman who always has a smile on her face.

“(…) without them none of this would be possible,” he said.
