Beatrice Egli (maybe) has a new boyfriend – he’s a politician

She is one of the most popular and successful singers in German-language pop music: former DSDS winner Beatrice Egli. But there is never a new love in her life. Now the newspaper “Bild” wants to know that the singer has long been taken.

Egli is said to have a relationship with a politician from Lower Saxony. It concerns former SPD member Mustafa Erkan. From 2013 to 2017 he sat for the party in the state parliament of Lower Saxony. The German-Turk subsequently became an adviser to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s foreign ministry and is a member of his AKP party.

The musician and the politician have been in a relationship for a few months. The two have not yet responded to the reports. Questions from t-online have also remained unanswered so far. After all, Erkan also follows Egli’s accounts on Instagram in addition to Helene Fischer or Michelle’s accounts. Conversely, this is not the case.

In 2014, Beatrice Egli made public the divorce from her longtime boyfriend Reto Steiner. The two are still close. In 2019, Egli said in the podcast “Schlagergeflüster”: “Reto is still a very important person in my life because I have known him for a long time and can trust him.
