The case of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer is explored in detail in the Netflix series “Dahmer – Monster”. The true crime format has been criticized for weeks. Relatives of the victims complain, among other things, that the series has a traumatizing effect. Netflix has also never asked permission to highlight the incidents in the series.
But it’s not just the families of the victims who suffer. The father of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer also seems to add something to the Netflix production. Apparently he even wants to sue the streaming service.
For the first time, Lionel Dahmer, the serial killer’s father, spoke himself. Through his supervisor, he said he was angry that Netflix and the producers never approached him about his son’s series.

In fact, according to the US edition of “The Sun,” the regulator claims: “Lionel and his deputy are gathering information and reviewing a possible lawsuit against the production team or possibly Netflix.”
Lionel Dahmer has lived in a rural Ohio town for many years – completely under the public’s radar. But since the start of the Netflix series, he has been subjected to hostilities again. According to one of his escorts, a “fan” even showed up at Dahmer’s home and acted “hostile and aggressive”. It shouldn’t have been the only incident of this nature. That’s why signs have been put up that say “No Trespassing and Private Property”.
Apparently that didn’t really help. Because the 86-year-old is now said to be a “nerve wreck”. That is exactly why a lawsuit against the streaming provider is now being investigated.
The regulator therefore says: “Everyone says that you can claim compensation if there has been no correspondence. There was absolutely no concern for Lionel’s well-being.” He has already spoken to “a few lawyers” – and so the following problems could soon break out at the streaming giants.
