‘I dare not speak’, new thing from the band Camargo

“I don’t dare to speak” is the name of the new single from Venezuelan band indie pop rock with headquarters in the city of Bogota in 2019

The song, which is part of their next EP to be released this 2024, combines nostalgia melody of indie pop rock with strong lyrics that convey the feeling of those confusing moments, with music that goes back to the roots of the old school, using a variety of retro sounds that add a unique color, accompanied by good drum beat, powerful bass, vintage guitars and synthesizers.

Camargo created a unique listening experience that will immerse you in warm and nostalgic atmosphere.

“I dare not speak” was produced with producer and mixing engineer David Useche in Bogotá, Colombia, and mastered in Caracas, Venezuela, by Eduardo Martínez from the DBMix studio.

The the drums were recorded in a renowned studio in Bogotá “Orange tree”.

On the other side, The music video accompanying the song “I don’t dare to speak” tells about oa a student passionate about photography who is surprised by the appearance of his sympathyAnd a cute girl that he likes so much that it paralyzes him and he doesn’t know what to do.

The story unfolds in two aspects: the first is everything that happens in the mind of the protagonist and the second what is really happening.

“It’s full of emotion and we had a blast making it,” says the band.

As for the production of the video, in Camargo’s custom, it was DIY, produced, recorded and edited by the same band, performed by actors and friends who are part of the Camargo Pack and helped materialize history.
