But then the author of this article had a momentous opportunity: in 2008, “The Fifth Element” was performed again at an event in his region. “Last chance” was what the information about the event said at the time (which thankfully wasn’t true).
The room was full of euphoric people who looked back on a similar story with ‘The Fifth Element’: Many had missed the film in the cinema (thanks to a late birth), but learned to love it at home in front of the television.
