Miley Cyrus lost her home in a fire.

The 30-year-old reported in a Tiktok video that she had shot an episode for the Netflix series ‘Black Mirror’ that day. “While my house was on fire, I was tied to a hospital bed and my hands were handcuffed.” The scene plays out at the beginning of the clip, as you can check out in the post below.

The episode shot in South Africa was set in Malibu – “so it was a real journey”. Years later she started having panic attacks. “I didn’t understand, but I had a panic attack thinking I was going to be strapped onto a gurney.” The dark episode of “Black Mirror” is about the dark side of a pop star’s life.

Cyrus lived in the Malibu house with her then-partner, actor Liam Hemsworth. The 33-year-old was able to leave the house and get her pets to safety. But not only these two celebrities lost their belongings in the flames: the villas of presenter Thomas Gottschalk and actor Gerard Butler also fell victim to the fire.
