If you want to eat something delicious for lunch, you don’t necessarily have to go to the nearest takeaways or ready meals. Betty Bossi’s recipe editor, Patrick Fleckenstein, explains that simple, delicious meals can be prepared the night before with very little effort. Here are some tips for tasting at work:

1. Make two at once

While dinner is being prepared, the next day’s lunch can be prepared in just five to ten minutes. To do this, you just need to cook twice as much for some ingredients, and a few other ingredients to make lunch and put it in the fridge.

2. Office lunch from the supermarket

If you don’t have time to prepare lunch, you can shop at a grocery store and prepare a healthy lunch. The following ingredients are ideal for this: 1 portion of protein, 2 portions of vegetable/leaf salad with homemade dressing. Examples of protein servings: 2-3 boiled eggs, cottage cheese, soft cheese, low-fat quark, skyr, Délicorn cold cuts, Bündnerfleisch, shredded meat, raw ham, smoked turkey or chicken breast, or smoked fish.

3. DIY Salad Dressings

Homemade salad dressings often contain less fat and sugar than ready-made salad dressings and can be taken to the office in a bottle as a spare. Important: Spread the dressing on the salad only before eating, otherwise the lamp will darken.
