Announcing that Captain America 4 will be titled Captain America: Brave New World, Marvel provided a photo from the filming. It features new Captain America Anthony Mackie and Harrison Ford, who, as General Thaddeus Ross, follows in the footsteps of William Hurt, who died in 2022.
But it has long been suspected that Ford also embodies his superhero alter ego Red Hulk. And that now seems to be confirmed. View the pants:

The black pants Harrison Ford wore in the new MCU picture are clearly damaged. And of course there is an assumption: The pants are so damaged because Ross transformed into Red Hulk.
Also in the comics, the transformation into the rage monster and the subsequent transformation back to human is regularly illustrated with damaged pants.

Many MCU fans are therefore convinced that Marvel has now confirmed that the “Indiana Jones” star will also appear in the film as Red Hulk. Corresponding rumors have been going around for a long time anyway. The fact that such a prominent actor as Harrison Ford was brought in to succeed Hurt after Hurt’s death also makes it clear that the character is very important – possibly much more important than General Ross himself can be.

“Captain America: Brave New World” from “The Falcon And The Winter Soldier” authors Malcolm Spellman and Dalan Musson and director Julius Onah (“Cloverfield Paradox”) is scheduled to hit German cinemas on May 1, 2024.
In addition to Ford and Mackie, the cast also includes MCU franchise returnees Tim Blake Nelson (as Samuel Sterns / The Leader) and Liv Tyler (as Betty Ross). Danny Ramirez and Carl Lumbly from the aforementioned “The Falcon And The Winter Soldier” series are also back. Actress Shira Haas, known for the hit Netflix series ‘Unorthodox’, also embodies Sabra, the very first female Israeli superhero in the MCU.
Harrison Ford can be seen again as Indiana Jones in cinemas from June 29, 2023. Because then “Indiana Jones and the Wheel of Destiny” begins.
By the way, our featured image is from the drama Forever Adaline (starring a pretty remarkable Harrison Ford).
