Correos receives 84,000 applications to cover 7,757 jobs across Spain

More than 84,000 people have registered to participate in selective coverage processes 7,757 permanent jobs Correosa throughout Spain, in delivery categories 1 and 2, classification agent in treatment centers and customer service in offices throughout the country, the company said in a statement. The public company admits that this is the largest offer of jobs in the last few decades, and it is trying to match it with stabilization of employment and temporary reduction. This is part of the replacement rates approved for the years 2020 and 2021 in Law 20/2021 on the reduction of temporary employment in the public sector and in RDL 32/2021 on urgent measures for labor reform.

IN Galiciain total 4,401 people tend to occupy one of 431 stalls which Correos offers in the community, 5.2% of the total number, of which 1913 are registered in the province of A Coruña, for 160 jobs; 579 formalized the application in the province of Lugo, where they want to fill 84 places; 456 registrants did so for the province of Ourense, for 46 positions and 1453 registered in the province of Pontevedra, for 141 positions.

The final list of those accepted and excluded from the procedure will be published by the public company when the deadline for presenting accusations expires. On that date, places and centers where the exam dates will be held, which will be held on May 7, at the same time, in 30 provinces.

The large number of registrations received reflects the recognition of Correos as an attractive company to work for, which offers opportunities to obtain stable employment and develop a solid professional career, the public company points out.
