The data for February makes it the highest historical rental price in Spain since the real estate portal has kept records. Balearic Islands, the highest climb
The largest increase in rents compared to 2022 was recorded in the Balearic Islands (18.7%), the Community of Valencia (15.2%), the Canary Islands (14.3%), Catalonia (13.2%) and Cantabria (11, 1%). The portal has more than 1,500,000 ads for sale or rent of apartments and houses.
