Credicorp Bank maintains the necessary liquidity; withdraw the lawsuit

Carlos Muñoz, lawyer for Minister Juan Manuel Pino, requested “the withdrawal of the civil action filed last Friday, September 8, on behalf of the Panamanian state against Credicorp Bank.”

The state initiated proceedings against Credicorp Bank, SA, for alleged damages caused by his alleged participation in a conspiracy involving Odebrecht.

The amount that the state demanded from the banking entity amounted to 600 million dollars.
