$200 Bonus for Foreign Relations Officers

Through Administrative decision no. 861 of May 18, 2023he Ministry of Foreign Affairs approved the payment of the annual award for work performance to civil servants of this ministry.

Among the officials who will receive compensation are those who work at the headquarters of the ministry for 30 days every year and who have completed 6 months of service in the institution to date.

Likewise, public servants Diplomatic and consular career who have been at the headquarters for six months continuously and those who have completed the performance evaluation, in the period from January to September of the fiscal period.

Only public servants of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs who earn salaries less than or equal to B/.2,500.00 per month, including headquarters bonuses and representation expenses, will be entitled to receive the performance allowance.

The bonus shall be equivalent to the amount of USD 200.00 and shall be effective once a year and may be increased, decreased or terminated by administrative decision, subject to budget availability, during the fiscal period.

Civil servants who are inactive until the day the award is paid do not have the right to the payment of the award, either because they used annual leave with or without pay.

Persons who resigned from office, by dismissal or dismissal from office by order of competent authorities, it is stated in the document published in National newspapers.

Officials whose disability is longer than 6 months, within the period established by paragraph 3 of Article 1, will not have the right to an official who is on loan at another institution.

Officials who are on leave due to pregnancy or on official missions, domestic and international, will receive compensation.

Performance Allowance shall be paid and paid to civil servants of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the first fifteen days of December each year.
