The Spanish Marketing Association awards Hijos de Rivera and Abanca

The National Marketing Awards, given by the Spanish Marketing Association (AMKT), highlighted the work of the Galician companies Hijos de Rivera and Abanca. In the case of the beer group, the jury for the fifteenth edition of these awards recognized its marketing team as the best in Spain, “for its work methodology and team spirit, for its level of commitment and innovation and for the successful marketing strategies it has implemented in recent years.

José Cabanas, marketing director of Hijos de Rivera, explained in his speech that his motto “from the field to the cup” involves many people: “In the end, everything works like a cog, and the marketing department is part of that gear.”

In the case of Abance, the Galician bank was awarded the first prize in the category of social marketing, in which the sector association of employers also recognized the work of Zinkia, the Women’s Foundation and Twitter.
