The singer and director’s divorce turned out to be scandalous, as it was accompanied by a number of delicate rumors. Madonna was rumored to have cheated on Richie with baseball player Alex Rodriguez (yes, the one who later dated Jennifer Lopez), and Madonna’s love of cabal led to marital problems. When the divorce was finalized, Ritchie received $76 million to $92 million from Madonna, according to Reuters. Both were rather stingy with each other’s compliments after the divorce, suggesting that they felt hurt in their marriage.

“I got into the soap opera and lived in it for quite a long time in my life,” Richie admitted.

“There were times when I felt trapped,” Madonna said.

Officially, the singer and the football player were not married, but still lived together for 12 years. During this time, they had two sons and many considered the couple to be ideal, although Shakira is 10 years older than Pique. But last year everything collapsed. Pique began an affair with a 22-year-old student who worked in his office, and Shakira apparently decided to take revenge on her ex for this betrayal in public.

The singer has already recorded several songs in which she humiliates Pique and his new lover with insulting comparisons and placed a human-sized witch doll on the balcony to scare her ex-mother-in-law. There were almost comical stories – Shakira hinted that she found out about Peak’s betrayal by eating a tin of her favorite marmalade in the fridge.

Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin were married from 1993 to 2002. The divorce drama lasted four years because the ex-spouses could not agree on custody of their daughter Ireland. They also did not hesitate in their expressions. Baldwin once called Kim a “rude, thoughtless pig” and she called him a “megalomaniac domestic bully”.

Basinger’s father also said his former son-in-law has anger management issues. By 2008, hundreds of court documents from 91 trials had accumulated. But then Kim and Alec cooled down a bit in 2016, the actress admitted that the relationship returned to normal.

It is one of the most resonating divorces of recent years. As perfect as their family life seemed, the breakup turned out to be just as contentious. Jolie filed for divorce in 2016, later accusing Pitt of domestic violence. By 2019, the formalities were settled, but not all – Brad and Angelina still cannot share custody of the children, although during this time the couple’s eldest adopted son has already reached the age of majority, and the other five children will soon become adults.

This trial was not enough for the couple – the actors quarreled over the vineyard they owned together. Pitt accused his ex-wife of selling her stake without his knowledge. Generally, the end and edge of the reckoning is not yet in sight. It looks like these two will fight until retirement.

The public watched the trial with this pair as a tense detective story with elements of a thriller. They spent only a year in marriage, but then they got on each other’s nerves for almost five! Immediately after the breakup, Amber accused Depp of abuse.

Johnny did not accept this and filed a defamation suit first against The Sun, who had published Hurd’s confession, and then against his ex-wife herself. Court Depp vs. Heard started in April 2022 and ended with Johnny winning. The actress tried to resist for a while, filed an appeal, but finally gave in and agreed to pay her ex-husband $1 million in compensation.
