The focus of the event was, of course, dedicated to children. The animators entertained them all day – colorful ice cream and donuts from the Lobacheva Project, and Stanislav Bakharovský taught them how to cook branded rolls and festive mini-cakes. Along the way, revealing his professional secrets, talking about Japanese cuisine and the new Yakitori menu, which combines gastronomic traditions with current trends. The guests were particularly impressed by the ease with which the chef comes up with new dishes, which often become hits. And that the final decision, whether a dish becomes a classic or disappears from the menu forever, is always made by visitors to 90 Yakitoria restaurants in Russia and abroad. Based on their gastronomic preferences, Stanislav Bakharovsky fills the menu with dishes that have become an integral part of many people’s lives.
