The 41-year-old royal traveled to Hampshire today to open Hope Street in the city centre. Hope Street was developed by One Small Thing, a charity founded by Lady Edwina which provides community centers for women in the justice system. The renovated building will house five women who are considered “low risk” after committing a non-violent crime.
The Princess of Wales wore the Alessandra Rich midi dress she wore to the men’s final at Wimbledon last year. The outfit, which retails for £1,335, features a V-neckline and gold buttons. The mother of three complemented her sophisticated dress with a pair of white Alessandra Rich high-heeled pumps, which she also wore at Wimbledon.

Kate teamed the ensemble with a small white Mulberry bag. After doing her signature styling, Middleton kept her make-up to a minimum, opting for just a smokey brown and nude lipstick. Kate completed the look with a pair of pearl earrings and wore no jewelery other than a sapphire engagement ring that once belonged to Princess Diana. By the way, Prince William’s mother also appeared in public more than once in a polka dot dress. Lady Dee devoted a significant part of her life to charity.
The new center will offer a community-based alternative to women who would otherwise find themselves in unnecessary prison due to a lack of safe housing or concerns for their welfare. “Street of Hope” will allow its guests to stay at home with their children.

Kate walked into the center and greeted Lady Edwina Grosvenor. The Patron Saint is close friends with Kate as she is the sister of Prince George, the Duke of Westminster’s godfather. The princess listened intently as her friend discussed the work they had done in the five en-suite suites. As the tour drew to a close, Kate and Edwina were joined in the courtyard by other members of the charity.
Admiring the swinging tree and the inspirational messages written on it, the princess also wrote her own message. “I see you and I am with you. Good luck in all that lies ahead. Katherine,” she wished.

The Princess of Wales has spent years raising awareness of the importance of early childhood and launched the Shaping Us campaign in January. Kate’s current campaign aims to raise public awareness of the importance of this period in shaping the lives of adults and society as a whole, reports the Daily Mail.
