The castle of Alla Pugachev and Maxim Galkin in Gryaz was arrested due to tax problems

The People’s Artist of the USSR is in Israel, where she moved with her family. Alla Borisovna returned to her homeland in August last year and in May this year. Experts believe that she prepared the necessary papers for the sale of the property.

However, new circumstances have come to light today that prevent any transactions, including not only sales, but also the writing of a donation contract. The castle in the village of Gryaz, near Moscow, was seized due to tax problems.

As recently as 2018, the 212-acre estate was under the supervision of tax bailiffs. Then Maxim Galkin (included in the list of persons acting as a foreign agent) went to court for unpaid taxes. The sums involved were small, but non-payment was frequent.

According to the Telegram channel Mash, the castle was arrested for five years, but the star spouses did not care. And now it has emerged that the arrests are preventing them from selling the properties for a high amount. Pugacheva and her husband valued the house with 20 rooms and a pool at a billion rubles, while real estate agencies insist on the sum of 500 million.
