“It is perfectly clear that these are the reactions of the Kiev regime to our fairly effective attacks on one of the decision-making centers,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Tuesday, according to the Interfax news agency. He referred to an attack by the Russian army on Sunday, but gave no further details.
Russia’s defense ministry did not report the destruction of high-level command structures in Kiev on Sunday or Monday. However, numerous drone and missile attacks on civilian objects were recorded in Ukraine on these two days.
