In the Russian city of Sochi, between the palm trees and the sea, several luxurious residential areas in the same style stretch along the boulevard. But what looks like a hotel complex is actually a haven for the super rich – sponsored by the Russian state and its president Vladimir Putin (70).
If you want to know something about the residents, you have to dig through secret documents. Little is publicly known. But now research shows that the relatives of the biggest warmongers live here.
The team of Kremlin enemy Alexei Navalny (46) found out that, among others, the wife of former Ukraine commander Sergei Surovokin (59) lives here. The son of the Russian State Secretary Nikolai Patrushev (71) also lives in one of these villas. In addition to all civil servant families, former basketball player Svetlana Abrosimova (42) also lives there. Only: why?
The tracks lead to Putin’s favorite agitator and chief propagandist Vladimir Solovyov (59), who is said to have a secret relationship and two children with Abrosimova. They were born in the US and hold US passports.
Ironically, the nationalist Solovyov, who preaches conservative values every night on state television and at the same time justifies war against the West, is said to have children with Western passports. The Kremlin probably wants to keep that a secret – and hides the family in Sochi.
The presenter has eight children from different marriages and is married. But there are several indications that point to an affair with the top athlete. In 2021, Solovyov and Abrosimova were tested for Corona by the same doctor. They gave the same apartment and phone number as the address.

The documents also show that the residents of the villas enjoy special protection. The state justifies that the concern that they could be spied on by the West is too great.
Real estate in the Sochi district costs at least 5.6 million francs. These are amounts that the average Russian cannot afford. But Putin is happy to give his elite the luxury holiday homes – especially if they are behind him. His beloved Alina Kabaeva (40) also lives with the children in a luxurious villa in Sochi.
