US President Joe Biden repeated his warning of the danger of right-wing extremism in a speech to university graduates. “White supremacy” – the ideology of white supremacy – is the most dangerous terrorist threat to the United States, Biden said Saturday at a graduation ceremony for graduates of Howard University, a traditionally black university in Washington, D.C. Biden had made similar statements in the past — for example, in his January 2021 inaugural address.

To kick off the ceremony, Biden received an honorary doctorate from the university. Then he said, “We know that American history has not always been a fairytale.”
