In April, police arrested a 15-year-old student in Nordpark in the Nippes district of the German city of Cologne. He is accused of sexually harassing at least ten women. That reports “Bild”.
The youngster is in custody. He allegedly grabbed joggers and walkers of all ages from behind and immorally touched them against their will.
In January, he allegedly grabbed the buttocks of three women who were jogging in the Nordpark for two consecutive days. He had assaulted two women earlier in November. Only because they resisted and cried for help did he let them go.
The suspect wore striking dreadlocks
When he tried to strike again in April, plainclothes detectives caught him. At about 12:25 a.m., he attacked a woman – again from behind. After a short escape, officers were able to apprehend him.
Many of the victims remembered his striking dreadlocks. They are two to three inches long.
The perpetrator is said to have worn a blue surgical mask in one of the incidents. Police believe he may be responsible for many more crimes. (nad)
