“Not responsible”: Suspect in Maddie case could be released soon

Christian B., the suspect in the Maddie McCann missing person case, could be released soon. He is currently serving a sentence for drug trafficking and rape charges.

The public prosecutor in Braunschweig had charged him with new cases of rape and sexual abuse at the regional court in Braunschweig. The acts are said to have taken place in Portugal more than 15 years ago.

The court has now declared itself incompetent. t-online has received the court order.

Christian B. is the prime suspect in the Maddie murder case. However, so far there is no concrete evidence. Having already served two-thirds of his current sentence, he could be released soon.
