He Dalai Lama apologized this Monday after a video of him asking the child to go viral on social media “blow your tongue” during the event, causing strong controversy and numerous criticisms.

“A video has been circulating showing a recent encounter, in which a boy asks His Holiness the Dalai Lama if he can hug him.
